These Terms and Conditions govern your use of neatoria.com and any purchase you make from it. This website is owned and operated by CAFMA LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Neatoria”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us.
3. Where we ship
We currently sell and ship to Australia only. Orders placed for delivery outside Australia cannot be accepted at this time.
4. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including their contents, dimensions and materials. Product photos and videos are for illustration; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur. We do not claim that any product will produce a specific or guaranteed result beyond what is reasonably described.
5. Prices and currency
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$).
- The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Any delivery charge is displayed before you confirm your order.
- CAFMA LLC is not currently registered for Australian GST. Prices therefore do not include GST, and no GST is charged on your order. Should we become required to register, prices will be shown inclusive of GST from that date.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before processing your order.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price was mispriced, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any payment taken in full.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge the total order amount.
8. Delivery
Delivery times, carriers and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. For delivery damage or an incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 3 days where possible to help us investigate. This requested reporting timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Assessment, return instructions and applicable remedies are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, logos, images, videos and the Neatoria name — is owned by or licensed to CAFMA LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or excluding any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of Australia, which continue to apply to you as an Australian consumer.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
