Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses in Australia only.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated transit time is 2–4 weeks from dispatch, after the 1–3 business days needed to prepare your order. Tracking is provided on every order.
Our items are shipped from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is why delivery takes longer than a local retailer. We would rather state an honest timeframe than promise one we cannot meet. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather or peak periods.
Delivery cost
Free tracked shipping on all orders. Any applicable charge would always be shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Please allow a few days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
Import duties and taxes
Goods valued at A$1,000 or less generally enter Australia without additional duty or import processing charges being payable by you on delivery. We aim to ensure there are no surprise charges at your door. If a charge nonetheless applies to your order, contact us at [email protected] and we will help resolve it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us quickly at [email protected] and we will do our best to correct it.
Delayed, lost or non-moving parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, or your delivery window has passed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend it or issue a full refund — your choice.
Split shipments
Orders containing several items may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.
