What we collect
- Order and contact details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of your card. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences: your consent choices.

Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to run the store:
- Payment: Stripe.
- Hosting and security: our hosting provider and Cloudflare.
- Order fulfilment: our order-processing platform and the suppliers who pack and ship your order. These suppliers are located outside Australia, including in China, and receive only what is needed to deliver your parcel — your name, delivery address and contact details.
- Email delivery: our transactional email provider.
- Analytics and advertising: providers such as Google, Meta and TikTok, where you have given consent.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas transfers
Because we are a United States business shipping internationally, your information may be handled outside Australia — including in the United States and, for order fulfilment, in China. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected appropriately, and we share only what is necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, generally up to six years. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You may also withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails where you have given consent. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by contacting us.

Our store is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
